Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bakeables by Jenny, every order is freshly baked and prepared especially for you. Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, all sales are considered final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change! Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order.

Once 48 hours have passed from the time your order was placed, cancellations are non-refundable, as we begin planning, purchasing ingredients and supplies, and reserving time in our baking schedule specifically for your order.

Custom, large, and special-event orders may have separate cancellation requirements, which will be provided when your order is confirmed.

If You Are Unsatisfied With Your Order

We want you to genuinely enjoy your Bakeables! If there is an error with your order, an item is damaged, or something simply isn't what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can learn more about what happened.

Concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and when appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Because baked goods can be wonderfully subjective, we generally cannot provide refunds based solely on individual taste or texture preferences. However, we always welcome your feedback and are happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
