Shipping Policy
At Bakeables by Jenny, every order is freshly prepared just for you! We carefully plan our baking schedule to make sure your treats are baked, packaged, and ready to make their way to you as fresh and delicious as possible.
Order Fulfillment
Please allow 5 days for your order to be fulfilled. Fulfillment time is the time needed for us to prepare, bake, package, and get your order ready for shipment or delivery and does not include shipping transit time.
Custom, large, and special-event orders may require a different timeline. Fulfillment and delivery schedules for these orders will be determined with you during the custom-order process.
Shipping
We currently offer two shipping options for eligible orders:

USPS Ground Shipping

USPS Priority Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and paid at the time your order is placed. Your selected shipping method determines the estimated transit time after your order has completed our 5-day fulfillment period.
Please keep in mind that carrier transit times are estimates and are separate from Bakeables by Jenny's fulfillment time. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delays that occur while the package is in the carrier's possession are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Bakeables by Jenny is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or undeliverable orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
After Delivery
Once an order has been successfully delivered or accepted, responsibility for the proper storage and care of your Bakeables transfers to you.
Because our treats are freshly baked food products, we recommend bringing your order inside promptly after delivery. Bakeables by Jenny cannot be responsible for damage, deterioration, melting, or other quality issues resulting from weather, temperature, improper storage, or handling after an order has been successfully delivered.
Weather & Unexpected Circumstances
Sometimes Mother Nature has other plans! Severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect shipping or local delivery.
For shipped orders, carrier delays caused by weather or other circumstances outside of our control may affect the estimated arrival date. While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times, we will always do our best to help if an issue arises.
